Greg DiRenzo's training is the most advanced athletic performance training center in this area!  We are here to improve your athletic performance potential, no matter what sport you participate in. Our athletic training programs are for anyone looking to maximize his or her sports performance, and reach their full athletic potential. We work with children, beginning at the age of 7, all the way up to professional athletes. Regardless of what sport you play, athletes should train year round. ProFormers will assess where an athletes training has been lacking, and train each athlete to be the best they can be. How well an individual controls their body in space is a major indicator of how great of an athlete he or she is. Speed, strength, and agility are learned skills. These skills take time to develop and incorporate into performance. At ProFormers, we train to improve all these skills as well as improve balance, address muscle imbalances, and train for the prevention of injuries.
